Watercolor Painting - Peeling Paint Completed

Watercolor Painting - Peeling Paint Quebec BuildingI had to take a break on this one after I started to work on a couple of commission so the beginning photos are below a ways or click on the peeling paint label to see all the updates.

I think this painting is nearly complete, maybe just a few more minor tweaks, I will leave it a bit to see for sure. I have added more shadows and suggested the lines of the wood and peeling paint throughout the painting. I am quite happy with how this one turned out!

Bravo, Tracey! You do such wonderful work on old architecture. The subtle changes in value in the sky are perfection.

Thanks Billie :) It was really fun to paint with all the different textures! I took the photo in Quebec while on my honeymoon which made it even more fun to paint ;)
