Latest Edition to the Family

We seem to have been adopted by the most adorable, friendly little cat. He is so cuddly & smart that we totally fell in love with him that we ran out and got him all of the cat 'paraphenalia' so hopefully he continues to stick around! The kids named him Tiger for obvious reasons and they are crazy about him. He has become a great little toy for them and does not get annoyed when they are nose to nose with him when he is trying to eat, he is much more patient than me!

I know Amie, I thought of Murri as soon as I saw him. I had been drooling over your photos of Murri and had decided I needed to work on the hubby to get a cat by xmas & then along came Tigger :) Yay :)

Thanks Andrea, yes, give me a call when you come and I will meet you there :) I also have a show opening on June 4 at the Outlet with Suite E Life Drawing Group with wine, appies & lots of art :)

Thanks Billie I knew you would love him ;) I know he looks like such a hunter (btw he just caught a fly in the playroom and is happily munching away, ew).

I came back to say what an interesting painting that photo of the cat casting his shadow would make. Just a thought........

yes Billie I totally agree, everytime I look at this cat too there is another painting or drawing calling out....I think there will be a cat series in my future.

He has totally made himself at home too!
